Current Employee - Account Executive I

I have been working at Balboa Capital full-time for less than a year

Pros

Great place to work! Everything was provided: headset, computer, leads; which are not a guarantee at every sales position. Beautiful office, with the best view of Orange County. Can't miss an... opportunity to work in Capital Finance.

Cons

No cons, it is sales though! Be ready to make calls and handle rejection! You need to be sharp to overcome objections!

Advice to Management

Not sure, best employer I've ever had though; I am incredibly grateful.

Current Intern - Public Works

I have been working at City of Irvine, CA for less than a year

Pros

Flexible Schedule For Students, Field Work Opportunities

Cons
