"I didn't think I would, but I LOVE this company"

Current Employee - Technical Project Coordinator

Pros

- They're honest and transparent. (There was never a time where I sensed a lack of genuineness with management) - There seems to be a lot of room for growth- though I haven't really investigated... where. - The company seems family oriented. There's a lot of understanding for work -life balance - The company is global, so depending on your team it's mostly flex hours that you'll be working - A lot of diversity and amazing benefits package.

Cons

- Working across multiple geos can be tedious because of the varying time zones. - High visibility to upper management can be a good or bad thing.
