- They're honest and transparent. (There was never a time where I sensed a lack of genuineness with management) - There seems to be a lot of room for growth- though I haven't really investigated... where. - The company seems family oriented. There's a lot of understanding for work -life balance - The company is global, so depending on your team it's mostly flex hours that you'll be working - A lot of diversity and amazing benefits package.
- Working across multiple geos can be tedious because of the varying time zones. - High visibility to upper management can be a good or bad thing.
I have been fortunate for various companies in the IT space, and hands down Guidewire is truly amazing. My manager and fellows colleagues are great to work with and have welcomed me with open arms... and ensure that I have what I need to be successfully. The culture is authentic and real with respect to work life balance, diversity, health and wellness to name a few.
