Current Employee - Branch Office Administrator

I have been working at Bankers Life full-time for more than a year

Pros

Bankers Life offers what seems like endless opportunities for career and financial growth with a constant creation and output of programs and incentives designed to launch a new agent's career! Both... agents and management provide support to help set and achieve goals of both new and tenured agents. The sky is the limit at Bankers Life!

Cons

This isn't a con but a realization and commitment that you must make to yourself from day one of the licensing process. Don't fool yourself -- building your business and achieving success doesn't... happen overnight! It takes hard work, determination and a discipline to make success happen.

Advice to Management

Keep providing the continued support to your teams! You're all doing great.
