Former Employee - Clerk

I worked at Barnes & Noble part-time

Pros

Fun, exciting, customer service, great management & people

Cons

Working in a book store does have its boring days

I have been working at Camp Bow Wow

Pros

Friendly, fun, team oriented atmosphere but also very productive . Very driven team who wants to both grow and improve operations. Dogs in the office! Great learning opportunities. Upper management... communicates to everyday employees better than anywhere else I’ve worked before.

Cons

There are not many cons at all!

Advice to Management

The communication to the team members on what is going on with the company is very important. It builds trust and transparency. Keep up the good work.
