Featured Review

Current Employee - Assistant Manager

I have been working at Bath & Body Works full-time for more than a year

Pros

*Associate-focused company that sets you up for success- as long as you demonstrate the behaviors you committed to in the job description. *Competitive pay and interactive training for hourly... associates. *All-inclusive atmosphere where your differences are celebrated as strengths.

Cons

*Company expectations often unrealistic for task completion and sales targets. *Not much continuing education for management. Support is shown through prizes and gifts instead of ongoing leadership... development.

Advice to Management

Check for completion of training modules and add further training and support for full time or tenured associates and managers... this will instill a solid sense of ownership and give them the tools... needed to educate and inspire new team members.
