I worked at Baylor University part-time for more than a year

Pros

The people in the Human Resources office are so awesome and great to work with. As a student employee, they were very understanding and were very flexible with my schedule. It was very hard to leave... this job, even though I went to an internship in my major field.

Getting time is hard due to being under staffed

Advice to Management

Hire additional people so we can have time off. What’s good about 4 weeks of vacation if it’s like pulling teeth to take it.
