You always have help, direction, and multiple partners to work with. The company has a great setup.

If you are the type of person that wants to completely work alone and completely manage your own schedule, you may not like the structure of having a team and partners to work with. It may seem like... you are being micromanaged in the beginning but that is only to help you reach your success. Once you are up and running, you will have more freedom and flexibility.
