Former Employee - Staff Accountant

I worked at Beam Global Spirits & Wine full-time for less than a year

Pros

Fun atmosphere and opportunity to grow and move up within the company.

Cons

Large open space work area, gets a little loud.

"Teacher"Nov 1, 2015

Lead Teacher

I worked at Beam

Pros

They care about the children in many ways. They work as a team and back the teachers which is key to being successful.

Cons

They changed to a curriculum that doesn't work. Why change what works just because everyone else does. That doesn't make sense to me.

Advice to Management

Change back to a curriculum that works. It was a little more work, but it worked and got students to grade level quicker than other curriculum.
