- Awesome coworkers - Interesting work - Challenging problems - Job stability - Good compensation for the area, and competitive compensation for the market - Flexible work schedules (even though most... positions here say no hybrid work, if you have a good manager and valid excuse - feeling unwell, other obligations, kids - they will allow you to remote work certain times/days)
Cons
- Office politics - A few horrendous managers and leads that suck up to their leadership to get the promotion, but do not exhibit leadership characteristics themselves - Some incompetent/lazy... employees that delay work for everyone else - A very apparent lack of training and internal guidelines
