I have been working at Bell full-time for more than a year

Pros

Bell has an amazing culture and this is due to the leadership at the top. The CEO is a visionary that has a true heart for people. The 9/80 schedule contributes to true work/life balance.

Cons

The location can be a far commute.

Advice to Management

Keep placing people - employees and customers - at the forefront of decision making and you will continue to see positive results!
