Current Employee - Benefit Administrator I

I have been working at Benefitfocus full-time for more than a year

Pros

Management encourages growth with the company. Excellent benefits offered including $2000 restricted stock with ESSP.

Cons

Everyone wants to advance in this company and infrastructure sets the path for success.

Advice to Management

Management listens to associates and results of polls and takes action to incorporate changes for the betterment of both employer and company.

I worked at Miller-Motte Technical College full-time for more than a year

Pros

Good pay and benefits along with the faculty as well as the students.

Cons

Could have offered a evening course to be competitive and offer people with day time jobs a chance to acquire their CDL's.

Advice to Management

Should have allowed the Program Director and the Lead Instructor the opportunity to recruit future students into the CDL Program.
