The people that I work with are amazing, they make this job such a blast. The atmosphere always pushes me to be my best self. Everyone is extremely supportive; it really is like a family. Uncapped... commission that is actually uncapped means the sky is the limit for compensation, which has really changed my life.
Cons
To reach success, you need to work hard. Some people do not want to put the effort in and that makes it difficult to find success.
