I worked at Best Buy part-time for more than a year

Pros

Working with the staff was a great experience. This company treated me right every day. They even saw my potential and decided to make a me a floating sales professional which was very empowering.

Cons

Some of the other employees were lazy, but I chose not to concern myself with what other people are doing.

Pros

Great commission if you meet goals. Can earn additional 5+ an hour if you can sell services. Co-workers have always been upbeat and motivated

Cons

Sometimes hard to find really motivated employees to go over and beyond the goals of the company.

Advice to Management

Hire, new hire accountability to meet goals, train and develop, explain goals. Re-hire continue.
