Current Employee - Marketing

I have been working at Billtrust full-time

Pros

We're quickly becoming a world-class marketing organization, large in part due to our new head of marketing's leadership. We have a team stacked with highly productive A-players who collaborate with... sales and other departments, and most importantly, drive measurable impact for our business. There are no egos on the team, and everyone is supportive of one another. I love coming to work each day, and I'm thankful for the opportunity to work with such talented, driven colleagues (both in and out of marketing!).

Cons

We're successfully moving at a rapid pace today, but like any fast growing company, there are a lot of initiatives and ideas. It's important that we continue to evaluate (and re-evaluate)... prioritization and ensure alignment across the organization.

I worked at Twelvefold for less than a year

Pros

The people are fantastic, great work culture. With such a small NYC office, we felt like a tight-knit team.

Cons

It was sometimes a challenge to overcome communication barriers between the SF headquarter office and the NY satellite office.
