"Great Company"Mar 2, 2020

Current Employee - Certified Phlebotomist

I have been working at Bio-Reference Labs full-time for more than 5 years

Pros

Decent pay, great benefits. I have a great supervisor who care about the staff.

Cons

If you are a floater you have no consistency Hard to plan anything outside of work due to always being on call.

"Great Culture"Dec 2, 2019

Current Employee - Client Service Associate

I have been working at Cadence full-time for more than a year

Pros

High professionalism, great culture, and such a strong appreciation of each other. The company grows very quickly and I feel very lucky to be a part of it.

Cons

Same as other startup companies, very busy. You have to be good at multitasking and have somewhat flexible hours.
