Featured Review

Current Employee - Marketing Manager

I have been working at Biogen full-time for less than a year

Pros

From day 1, I've felt supported at Biogen. The benefits are great (401k match, tuition reimbursement, employee stock purchase plan, medical, free parking). There are constantly activities around... campus - either educational or charitable or for just general socialization. The leadership team is strong and given the current path of our alzheimer's research it's a very exciting time to be a part of the team. Also, onboarding and IT support has been incredible here compared to other companies I've been at.

Cons

General cons related to being a larger organization: lots of stakeholders, approvals needed, can be slow-moving.

Advice to Management

Keep being fearless in the fight for our patients.

Former Employee - Quality Assurance

I worked at AstraZeneca full-time for more than 5 years

Pros

Highly Ethical, great development opportunities if you perform well, Great Quality culture, Transparent organization

Cons

The culture imbibed within management is such that it always takes constructive criticism onboard and actually does something about it. Therefore I don't have any negative points about this company.
