Pros
I have been encouraged to learn and grow and have been equipped and supported in doing so by my supervisors and leadership. The principles and code of ethics are in alignment with my views of a... workplace, being curious, accountability, shared ownership, and collaboration being a handful of my favorites. The people I work with are great, each possessing strength and talents that allow us to come together in a way that helps offset areas of weakness and encourages growth. To be honest, when Return to Office was announced, I had gotten so comfortable being at home, that I failed to recognize benefits to coming into the office, and now that I am back, I am excited to be back at the office. Here I have one responsibility: My job. I have greater focus and an environment that is in the process of adapting to a new normal. I truly appreciate the effort in creating a more personable and welcoming atmosphere than before the mandated work from home.
Cons
There are always going to be growing pains in leadership transitions. There will be a period of getting to know others and how they work and thrive in the workplace and the best way to support a wide... variety of professionals. The return to office announcement could have been handled very differently, however leadership has also gone to great lengths to help make that transition back to office easier. I am a firm believer in time will tell how this change will overall impact the company, but I am going into all this starting at curious and doing what I can in my role to make that transition, both the RTO and the leadership changes, as easy as I can for those I come in contact with on a daily basis. The uncertainty of how much change occurs and how it is implemented is really the only con I can think of at this point.

Everyone is friendly and eager to teach
Cons
Public accounting requires a lot of hours
