Current Employee - Advisory Software Engineer

I have been working at Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Louisiana full-time for more than 8 years

Cons

Management runs the gamit of bad to great.

"Great"Jun 21, 2022

Current Intern - Summer Ambassador

I have been working at Our Lady of the Lake (Louisiana) for less than a year

Pros

I loved the experience and being mentored and learning from doctors and nurses

Cons

Sometimes the assignment you get isn’t what you want at all, and you have to be 17 to see actual surgery.

Advice to Management

Make 15 & 16 year olds and their parents sign paperwork to let them see surgery. It should be up to them whether we can see it or not.
