Current Employee - Vacation Specialist

I have been working at Bluegreen Vacations full-time for less than a year

Pros

Pay, benefits, remote work, support system, positive environment, great leadership,

Cons

As with a lot of jobs, you will probably start out working Saturdays.

Advice to Management

Thankful for the positive environment, thorough training, wonderful leadership

Current Employee - Rental Reservations Agent

I have been working at Westgate Resorts full-time

Pros

Coworkers are extremely helpful and boost your mentality of the job. Management is very helpful with scheduling and understanding life situations. Good work environment and work from home... opportunities.

Cons

Very repetitive and competitive. To get the marks that you need to have to reduce break time and time away from the phone can be a make or break. If you possibly miss a call that could’ve gotten you... over 1000 in commission and you weren’t on the phone to grab it then too bad. Department goals are a little unrealistic for people who are starting and customers with Westgate never get any easier to deal with.
