Pros

Good pay, benefits, PTO, and they take off the week between Christmas and New Year's with no PTO needed.

Cons

Can be slow to advance your career.

I worked at Bobcat of Atlanta

Pros

Open workplace with great communication with staff. Small family owned business - they really care about their customers and their employees. Owner was very congenial, worked well with me, allowed... me to voice opinions and suggestions for procedures and policies. Customers were great, Bobcat of Atlanta LLC has a good relationship with their customers, putting them first but still focusing on the bottom line for the company.

Cons

Because it is a small company, advancement possibilities are limited. However, having a good working environment is very important to most people.

Advice to Management

Perhaps as funds allow, offering training to staff in computer skills and sales techniques, upgrading their ability to assist management with attaining their goals.
