Current Employee - Senior Manager

I have been working at Boeing full-time for more than 10 years

Pros

Very diverse with deep talent bench and a tremendous breadth of interesting and challenging work.

Cons

Really big, which makes change complicated and sometimes slow.

Former Intern - Consultative Sales

I worked at Kohler for more than a year

Pros

Overall, there was a lot of versatility from working on everyday development engineering tasks to picking up and coordinating special projects to aid in improvement.

Cons

Some days were slow, some were fully loaded. Had to manage time well.
