Current Employee - Senior Manager

I have been working at Boeing full-time for more than 10 years

Pros

Very diverse with deep talent bench and a tremendous breadth of interesting and challenging work.

Cons

Really big, which makes change complicated and sometimes slow.

"Great Company"Oct 9, 2019

Current Employee - Manufacturing

I have been working at TRU Simulation + Training full-time for more than a year

Pros

Great place to work as it empowers employees, add them to decision making, and very transparent management. 401K benefits is a good one.

Cons

Salaries not quite market competitive.

Advice to Management

Continue being transparent and improve employee benefits like number of days for holidays, vacation, and personal (sick). Improve compensation as current levels can't compete with market.
