I have been working at Boeing full-time for more than 10 years

Pros

Managed and maintained configuration of aircraft assembly internal tools and equipment. Updated appropriate tool accountability system with the storage location of the temporary tool. Created... design order protection floor mechanic equipment, tool order preparation worksheet and exit sheet approval. Obtained approval and funding for design from Change Control Board. Issued an action request to equipment, in plant tool accountability and tool engineer requesting expired tools to be scrapped. Initiated investigations for any lost tools, assigned an incident report to the appropriate manufacturing group for disposition.

Cons

Assisted in providing information and best practices for aircraft build to design and manufacturing groups. Analyzed design concepts to evaluate producible design definitions. Supported and... implemented manufacturing installation plans. Conducted producibility and variation analyses to ensure that manufacturing process capability matches requirements.
