This is a well run firm with nice physical office spaces, genial employees, and a work environment which fosters growth. Compensation is generally above average, depending on practice area, and the... firm offers good benefits.

Cons

At times, the organizational structure and leadership hierarchy can seem a bit convoluted, which may cause concern for upward mobility. Work-life balance is largely dependent upon practice area, and... while there is generally a reasonable balance, junior employees may find some difficulty managing expectations of senior leadership.
