Pros

Large enough to find you any job you want. They are willing to work with you to move jobs if you don't like your current position. Very fair pay.

Cons

Being so large can have its down falls, not knowing who to talk to for what. Easily over-come.

IT Culture reward and recognition user community accept you. Executive praise allmost all leaders came by my desk to not only give praise but they wanted to know me who I am where I come from so rare... consulting gig. Teams all worked hard and valued me as person. Thoughts were heard

Keep momentum and culture alive it helps not think of long hours. Keep praise system it workes.
