6% 401k match, great networking opportunities, management cares about your growth and development

Cons

Rapid expansion has caused growing pains- limited work space

Pros

It's the worst company I have worked in. Really No pros at all, yeah attending events was the fun part. But if you wanna do it from 5 am to 10-11 pm work tirelessly without even any meals offered.... Yeah, enjoy that.

Cons

It's a lala company. The CEO Sachin, would definitely not even get a job in the outside world. Everybody is up to just pretending how much they work, conference sales department. I just laugh at... that setting now. :D. By the ways, to those who are working and looking to quit soon. Have an email proof of the conversations you have with your seniors and HR. They won't pay you after you quit whatever they owe you.

Advice to Management

Lol. No advise, i enjoy seeing how miserable they are
