Breadth of services means many learning opportunities, great roster of clients, brilliant and fun colleagues, local leadership is great, cool heritage workplace.

Cons

Rapid growth means many information systems and challenges finding what/who you need. Reporting structure of the company is a bit confusing.

Advice to Management

Keep vibrant and enthusiastic leaders, but make an investment in information-sharing technology to improve efficiency, "effectiveness" and collaboration. Make corporate storytelling more prominent -... we have a fascinating history and many amazing organizations choose to do business with us. Paint a picture of the future to help people feel even more connected and excited about where we're going.
