-People here are extremely friendly and motivating -A lot of team building

I have been working at Central California Solar full-time for more than a year

Pros

CCS is a local company so there are a lot of benefits that come with that. Everyone knows each other and works together on a daily basis. Easy to request time off if needed, casual work environment.... There has never been a time that if anyone ever had a family emergency or needed time off it is never questioned.

Cons

Due to the company continuously growing things can get a little hectic at times. Employees often try to discuss salaries amongst each other which only leads to disdain at times.

Advice to Management

They may want to implement some sort of incentive to the employees for working diligently and completing required tasks on time with no mistakes.
