The social environment is very laid-back and friendly while still being highly technical and focused. Engineers are constantly willing to donate their time to share ideas and help each other with... interesting problems. Everyone is genuinely passionate about making high performing audio products.
There are some intermediate communication issues that can unnecessarily challenge engineering work. While engineering teams are capable of creating direction for themselves, management is not always... good at taking these technical cues. Management often implement technical roadmaps that never get completed.

Do a better job listening to technical direction from engineering.
