B2B Technologies is a great place for professionals to grow their skillset in a positive, supportive environment. Employee retention is very high, but when employees leave B2B, they leave with... stronger technical and consulting skills than they arrived with. The owners have high personal integrity and prioritize treating others fairly.

B2B is not the right fit for all applicants. For someone looking to do the same predictable tasks days after day, year after year, another firm might offer a more consistent routine. Those who... enjoy working at B2B the most are people who prefer a more dynamic environment: solving new problems, learning new technologies quickly, and working with a variety of people.
