Pros

Great work environment. Nice and super helpful people. Everyone has the same mission so work is very collaborative Flexible work schedules...depending on the team.

Cons

Change is there but slow since some things/people don't want change. Training is alot on your - Figure it out.... (though everyone is helpful when you ask)
