Former Employee - Teacher

I worked at Bright Horizons Family Solutions full-time for more than a year

Pros

Friendly and family like staff. Bosses who stood up for you and made sure you were treated fairly and kindly by parents. Accommodating and understanding of personal situations. Raise every year... on one year anniversary. Very diverse and accepting of all cultures.

Cons

Some days are long hours when too many teachers are out. Lunch breaks aren’t on a exact schedule it’s based on when someone can come sit in your class and relieve you.

Advice to Management

Keep up on following the HEART principles, you are doing an awesome job!

I worked at Bright Horizons Assisted Living Facilities

Pros

The benefits are available on request if you are prepared for the stress that comes with the process. Salary is mid range for the bottom skills level if you are just starting to work and have no... obligations or have an additional income.

Cons

Make sure you get paid before you leave every two weeks so that there isn't a backlog of outstanding salary payment when you decide to leave. Only $8.00 / Hr for clocking in on time. Everything else... is at your descretion so make sure you charge for it .

Advice to Management

Take care of the few blessings you get as in the end what goe saround comes right back at you.
