Current Employee - Business Operations Manager

I have been working at Bristol-Myers Squibb full-time for more than 10 years

Pros

BMS cares about its employees which is evidence of their People and Business Resources Groups and Diversity and Inclusion Program. The mission is focused on patients. There are many development... opportunities at BMS.

Cons

None or I would have considered employment elsewhere.

Current Employee - Associate Scientist

I have been working at Cirrus Pharmaceuticals full-time for less than a year

Pros

Small company, great work environment. Ability to advance and to gain experience in ways you wouldn't be able to in big companies. Great coworkers. There's a great team feeling. Family-oriented!

Cons

less pay than bigger companies. Communication isn't always the greatest from what I hear, but it's not as bad as other pharmaceutical companies

Advice to Management

Keep up the good work! I'm happy to be working here and I love the experience I'm getting. I recommend this job to my other pharma friends
