I have been working at Bristol-Myers Squibb full-time for more than 10 years

Pros

BMS cares about its employees which is evidence of their People and Business Resources Groups and Diversity and Inclusion Program. The mission is focused on patients. There are many development... opportunities at BMS.

Cons

None or I would have considered employment elsewhere.

"Production"Oct 10, 2018

Current Employee - Production Worker

I have been working at Heliae Development full-time for more than 5 years

Pros

Great Company to work for. Friendly environment. Growth, change, and upward momentum. This company has helped develop my professional business skills as well as my personal life skills because of the... constant challenge to raise the bar and complete or produce projects or products.

Cons

Not too many down sides. Can be some long days but not too often.

Advice to Management
