Current Employee - Business Operations Manager

I have been working at Bristol-Myers Squibb full-time for more than 10 years

Pros

BMS cares about its employees which is evidence of their People and Business Resources Groups and Diversity and Inclusion Program. The mission is focused on patients. There are many development... opportunities at BMS.

Cons

None or I would have considered employment elsewhere.

Current Employee - Anonymous Employee

I have been working at Response Biomedical full-time

Pros

Very hard to find pros. Nice people and they often bring in goodies for everyone. Free coffee machine.

Cons

So many. No bonuses have been paid for many years. Outdated technology. Can’t keep up with competition. Management team does not know what they are doing. They need to be replaced.

Advice to Management

Find someone else to run the company.
