Current Employee - Senior Claims Examiner

I have been working at Broadspire full-time for more than a year

Pros

Training, salary & Management is the BEST

Cons

I can't think of anything

Former Employee - Claims Adjuster

I worked at EMPLOYERS full-time for more than a year

Pros

Great people to work with especially the supervisors. They don't micromanage.

Cons

The claims assistants work in a centralized location. Sometimes they are understaffed. They would not always get things done timely.

Advice to Management

Management is doing a decent job. Many promotions from within. Douglas Dirks did a great job in starting the company.
