Advice to Management

Keep on doing what your doing

Current Employee - Senior Director Brand Marketing

I have been working at Illumio full-time for less than a year

Pros

The product is simply amazing. It's a game changer, a total paradigm shift from how companies previously attempted to segment their network. With Illumio, it's a breeze and is accomplished through... software control and orchestration instead of problematic datacenter firewalls or SD LAN. The people are driven, talented, and aligned, the company has newfound momentum, and exciting roadmaps and initiatives on the horizon. It's an awesome place to work.

Cons

As the company is being set up to massively scale, there are growing pains associated with getting everyone on the same page and adopting processes that may be new to them. This is to be expected and... is proving to be very short in duration. Sometimes change, even for the better, can be a little painful, but the right thing to do.
