Surrounded by incredibly talented individuals due to a stringent vetting and hiring process which supports top-notch human capital. Tanium will be written about in future grad school case studies on... how to properly scale a company, develop repetitive value creation models, and product refinement.

Cons

Standard startup challenges - be ready to be flexible and able to adapt. The team moves quickly
