I have been working at Brookdale Senior Living full-time for more than 5 years

Pros

Benefits are far superior to other companies I've encountered, covid response is top notch with clear communication never lacking, support of district team is invaluable.

Cons

Utilization of caregivers to provide housekeeping and laundry services is very challenging, smaller buildings could use additional support staff as it can get tight when census is fluctuating, growth... in your city can be hard due to low turnover in many roles so to grow within company you likely will need to relocate.

Advice to Management

Revert back to dedicated housekeeping staff, families, residents, and associates will be happier.
