Beautiful building, Amazing team, amazing residents

Cons

Pay and incentives for Aides/Med Techs. A year to give nice gifts or bonuses would make associates feel Uber appreciated

This was a good program that you learned a lot from. You deal with customers as well as securing accounts for the account lead. Overall great

Cons

Not a lot of room for advancement and little prep work from upper management to assist trainees in continuing with the company.
