Current Employee - Sales Associate

I have been working at Burberry full-time for more than 3 years

Pros

Commission, perks, friendly staff. You can make good money.

Cons

You have to keep generating business through emails, etc. Appointments with potential clients is at the top of company compliance. You will get warnings if you don't have a substantial amount of... clients in your books.

Advice to Management

They should not make employees fear of losing their jobs if performance is not up to speed. Team work and examples should be at the core of the workplace.

Current Employee - Key Holder

I have been working at Kate Spade New York part-time for more than 3 years

Pros

Great employee discount, non-competitive sales since we don't make individual commission, we make store commission so if one person wins, everyone does!

Cons

Working holidays , long working days, general retail cons
