I have been working at BuzzFeed for less than a year
Pros
Everyone is very friendly and keeps a connection with one another. Although it is competitive, is friendly competition, is basically competing with yourself more than anyone else.
Cons
The work load can be stressful since it requires for you to always be coming up with new ideas, ideas that are bound to make views.
