Former Employee - Tutor

I worked at C2 Education part-time for more than a year

Pros

You get a chance to help students succeed, which is a great satisfaction. Supportive staff

Cons

Work often requires you to be in a fast-paced environment

Current Employee - Anonymous Employee

I have been working at Rowad Al Khaleej International School full-time

Pros

Once you make friends with Saudi’s they are kind and generous.... There’s gym equipment to work out... Not too much else.

Cons

The management will fight you tooth and nail to not pay your rightful wages. Many employees have been cheated out of their salary. The directors of the schools do not have the correct... qualifications and are incompetent folks. Seriously, just look up their resumes. This is a business that doesn’t care about its staff or students. It’s about making money. They also have been “going down hill” recently and their stock prices have plummeted. The misogynisism and racism are rampant. Try not to be a woman or too dark.

Advice to Management

Pay people all their salary on time. Hire qualified Directors. Do your job and manage the schools. Respect all your employees.
