Pros

This company provides world class training, certification, support and its one of the best academic programs that I have worked with in almost two decades of my career. The regional and district... support, the teachers and internal admin are all there to help you succeed as a team and they are extremely student focused. I learned alot about running a business, while also utilizing my education administration skills. I liked having my mornings free and and Fridays off. The benefits are great. The company is very diverse and the teachers all have amazing careers where they bring in experience and expertise from many fields. Management is always available.

Cons

It can be difficult for people who are not accustomed to an alternative schedule (late nights and Saturday ), but you have to be available during after school hours. The company is making a lot of... transitions now so you have to learn different operational platforms.
