If you're looking for a company where you can grow, work with amazing people who really care, and learn an enormous amount in a short period of time, then this is the company for you. I will always... look back at my 7 years here with fondness and gratitude for being a part of growing something so special, for having the honor of working with such great people. The company has a very unique culture that is highly inclusive and diverse. The multi-cultural diversity within the company is intentional and authentic. Pre-Covid there was always a Friday lunch where the entire team sat down with all the tables pulled into a long line to eat together. The sense of family, and coming together to grow the business, was prevalent. The owners are quite generous and truly do care about their employees. They do know that the real "secret sauce" is their people. The work is challenging and the company willing to take on projects with complex problems to solve because they have confidence in their people. No company is perfect and there is always room to improve. There can be lengthy periods of long hours, but this is a services company.
