I worked at Proactive Technologies full-time for more than 5 years
Pros
I started working at Proactive about 6 years ago as a field tech after meeting and interviewing with the CEO who gave a great impression. Fun, likable guy with a strong sense of client needs and had... a unique and realistic vision of how managed services should be run. People there work hard and are rewarded with all the usual good stuff but most importantly, acknowledgement of your efforts from the leadership and even their clients who are also great to work with. Very friendly and family like atmosphere where everyone works together and respects one another. This company will continue to grow.
Cons
There aren't any real cons but company growth comes with growth pains and I think everyone is smart enough and communicates well enough that there aren't any real issues. Perhaps a bit of... micromanagement can be an issue for some but it's really not bad and could change for the better.
