Current Employee - Anonymous Employee

I have been working at CBRE full-time for more than a year

Pros

Pay and work remote option.

Cons

Managers focused on reporting up and not what’s best for their team.

Advice to Management

Take care of team and not be so focused on your next promotion.

Former Employee - Software Developer

I worked at Domain Group full-time for more than a year

Pros

- Great looking new office - Everyone's friendly - Relaxed work life balance... pretty flexible - Management are easy to talk to

Cons

- Salary not competitive - Only 1 monitor for dev work - Nothing else. It's genuinely a really good place to work at.

Advice to Management

Spend less on swanky offices and more of employee benefits, perks and salaries.
