Current Employee - Administrative Assistant

I have been working at CBS full-time for more than a year

Pros

great work environment with good benefits. Most of the employees have been with the company for 10+ years

Cons

Very resistant to change and getting on board with 21st century standards. Since most of the employees are long term there is not a lot of opportunity to advancement within the company.

Advice to Management

Update the Phones and Computers. Pay your C-Suite officers a little less and your assistants a little more.
