Modeling, workshop facilitation, process management, projects, stakeholder engagement, technical design, professional writing and, naturally, implementing the Casewise tool itself into operations are just a few of expert skill areas on staff. Surrounding myself with forward thinking and highly intelligent colleagues on fast-paced projects was a decision I'll never regret. I've learned so much from peers who excel in areas where I do not and I hope the same can be said of me. The 'can do', eager attitude from everyone is addictive. Remote work is not an issue as staff is extremely approachable and connected.


I can imagine that being placed into an environment that demands professionalism on site and virtually with clients could be daunting to some coming from corporate 9 to 5 environments. But that's... also part of the satisfaction of the job; delivering success and value to clients. It's reassuring management sees that you have the tools necessary to be successful and there is always support available whether it be from tech support, colleagues or management willing to volunteer time. Employee onboarding is evolving and in the midst of a fantastic upgrade! Casewise Academy is a massive step forward for long-term learning support both internally and externally.

Advice to Management

The sweet spot of employee onboarding is on the horizon; a balanced mix of personal, one-on-one support with formal, up-to-date training on the latest and greatest products.
